Above all I will endeavor to institute an awareness of the intent of our founding documents, remove conflicting laws,deny federal intrusion and preserve the rights and responsibilities of the individual.

1. Education:

A.  Fully fund K-12 education at the State level, remove the property tax component
B. Encourage an independently funded University System not reliant on state funds

2. Taxes:

A. Provide for a 100 percent exemption for owner-occupied properties
B. State government must tax only to the extent needed to provide constitutionally mandate services.

3. Spending:

A. State government must fully fund constitutionally mandate services
B. Eliminate Designated Legislative Grants to put a stop to pork barrel spending
C. Encourage Non-profits to seek Civic non Government support

4. Public Safety:

A. Strongly defend Castle Doctrine, Stand Your Ground and Second Amendment issues
B. Encourage state and local governments to institute community policing
C. Ensure public safety is the highest priority in our justice/correctional system

5. Health:

A. Provide for the promotion and protection of public health
B. Support quality public sanitation and clean water for all Alaskans
C. Provide for efficient and effective operational practices of State funded health care programs to ensure assistance to those in need.

6. Energy

A. Build energy independence for Alaska focused on sustainable power generation
B. Encourage responsible and renewable resource development
